Tomas has been working in advocacy since 1999 and has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2003. He gained more than twenty years of experience in the field of intellectual property and its related fields while working for a leading Czech law firm, where he also led a team that focused on intellectual property. This team was subsequently awarded the title of Law Firm of the Year in the field of intellectual property three times. He received the Lawyer of the Year award in the field of intellectual property in 2016.
